The booths and exhibition areas, where pharmaceutical industry and related device companies will participate, will be open to participants between 09:00 and 18:00.
Participants who need to obtain permission from their respective institutions to attend the congress will be sent invitation letters upon request.
All participants and accompanying persons must wear the name badges given to them during registration in order to access the convention center, exhibition areas, and social activities.
Participation documents will be sent to all participants as e-certificates after the congress ends.
Turkish citizens can enter the TRNC for visits using their national identity cards. No other documents are permitted for entry into the TRNC. Departure from the Cyprus international terminal is possible with a passport or national identity card. Those exiting with passports may experience visa problems upon entry into Greece, as their passports are stamped upon arrival in the TRNC. The identity card issued by customs police must be kept safe, as it must be presented upon both entry and exit.
All GSM operators' lines in Türkiye can be used in the TRNC (Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus). For calls to be made, the phone lines must be enabled for international calls.
In cases where children under the age of 18 travel to the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) accompanied by only one of their parents, the other parent is required to obtain a consent letter from the Police Department in the province where they reside.
Entry and exit to the TRNC will be via the international terminal.
In the TRNC, the electrical voltage is 240V, and the BS standard is used. 220/240 Volt A/C is used with a 3-way adapter.
