REGISTRATION & ACCOMMODATION

REGISTRATION FEES

The following services are included in the registration fee;

• This includes participation in all scientific activities, visits to the exhibition area, the final program book, a congress bag, the proceedings book, and a certificate of participation.
• VAT (20%) will be added to the prices mentioned above.
• For all payments not paid or delayed prior to the convention date, a 10% late fee will be applied to your budget during the reconciliation process.
• Z Event Congress Services reserves the right to reflect any potential changes in taxes, fees, and charges in its prices.
• Please deposit the registration fee into the account number below and send your participant information and proof of payment to the meeting organization secretariat at tpk@zevent.com.tr.

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION

• Accommodation prices are for a 4-night package and include all-inclusive accommodation (check-in with lunch from 2 PM on May 5, 2027 and check-out with breakfast from 12 PM on May 9, 2027).
• Room allocation will be done according to the order of application and payment dates.
• For all unpaid or overdue payments by the date of the congress, a 10% surcharge will be added to the relevant amount during the reconciliation process and will be charged to you.

EXTERNAL PARTICIPATION FEE

• The external participation fee includes lunch and coffee breaks on scientific session days.
• During the congress, you can enjoy free food and beverage service throughout the hotel between 09:00 and 18:00.

TRANSFER FEE

• This offer is valid for group transfers between the airport and the hotel on May 5th (arrival) and between the hotel and the airport on May 9th (departure).
• To ensure smooth and trouble-free transfers, flight tickets must be reported to the agency at least 20 days prior to the start date of the congress. The agency will not be responsible for any disruptions caused by transfers not reported on time.

CANCELLATION TERMS

• All registration and accommodation cancellation requests must be notified to Z Event in writing.
• Accommodation confirmation will be given according to payment priority. If payment is not made on the specified date, your accommodation requests will not be confirmed.
• For cancellation requests made before November 15, 2026, half of the accommodation fee already paid will be refunded.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations made on or after November 15, 2026. Only name changes will be accepted after this date.
